Day 01 - Arrival Transfer, Meet & Greet
Arrive at the airport and meet our representative who will escort you to your hotel in Abu Dhabi and help you check-in.

Day 02 – Abu Dhabi City Tour with visit to Grand Mosque and Qasr Al Wattan
After breakfast at 10:00 am, head to see how the capital city of the United Arab Emirates merges its rich ancient heritage with modern contemporary life. This tour has been thoughtfully crafted to include the highlights of Abu Dhabi and create a memorable experience for everyone. A must-see historical monument in Abu Dhabi city centre is the astounding grand white structure–the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque, named to honor the late president, His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The tour will then take you to attractions such as the stunning Emirates Palace, the bustling Abu Dhabi city center and then down the exquisite Corniche, showcasing an impeccably manicured setting, with cafes, restaurants, and children’s play areas. Subsequently, visit the Abu Dhabi Marina Mall, packed with retail outlets selling unique, name-brand and luxury items. Then, we explore the Heritage Village, a family-friendly spot in which you will experience traditional aspects of the desert way of living and immerse yourself in a time capsule that brings an old-world souk (market), mosque and camp from pre- modern UAE to life. A traditional oasis village offering a glimpse into the Emirate’s past. Here, you can shop, discover art effects and watch artisans making pottery, blowing glass and weaving fabric on a loom. The trip terminates with a visit to Abu Dhabi Marina Mall, packed with retail outlets selling unique, name-brand and luxury items.
We then head to the historical Qasr Al Wattan Palace. The Palace was opened to the public on the 11th of March 2019 in a ceremony hosted by Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Vice-President and Prime Minister of the
UAE and Ruler of Dubai). In August, the palace was named by the travel and tourism website of Hotel and Rest among the top 20 landmarks of art and culture in the World. In 2020, the Qasr Al Watan Presidential Palace was nominated for the World Travel Awards as the main cultural tourist attraction in the Middle East.

Day 03 - Transfer to Dubai and Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner
Check out from your hotel in Abu Dhabi and your private transport will take you to hotel in Dubai and our representative will help you to check-in. At 3.00pm get ready for a thrilling desert safari tour. A trip to the desert offers you a real adventure into the magnificent sands of the Emirates. This safari will ride through the heart of the desert by experiencing the excitement of a roller-coaster tour down the astonishing high dunes. A stop for a breathtaking view of the endless desert will provide an opportunity to watch the sunset over this tranquil scenery. Next, reach the camp and board on the 'ship of the desert' and enjoy the contrast of a desert night. Gain a unique insight into the traditional life of the Bedouins.
Dress in a traditional Arabic outfit, enjoy Arabic sweets, try the 'hubbly- bubbly', experience henna painting and learn about the important role that falcons play in local life. A delicious BBQ dinner with grilled specialties cooked on site will be provided, with a choice between a variety of appetizers, salads and sweets. Finally, try dancing with a belly dancer to the rhythm of Arabic drums. Return to your hotel at 9.30pm.

Day 04 - Dubai City Tour, Dubai Mall Shopping, Burj Khalifa 124th floor visit and Musical Fountain Show with Boat Ride
After breakfast, leave the hotel at 10.00am for the Dubai City Tour. This tour introduces both the new and old parts of Dubai. The tour commences with the new environs of Dubai, at the world-renowned Atlantis hotel located at the Palm Jumeirah, a man-made island which can be spotted from space. Pass through one of the only 7-star hotels in the world, the Burj Al Arab. And then head to see the tradition of Dubai, the Gold and Spice Souk.
Head over to Downtown Dubai, where numerous world records are located – the largest mall, the Dubai Mall. The Dubai Mall is a shopping mall in Dubai. It is the second largest mall in the world after the Iran Mall by total land area, and the 26th-largest shopping mall in the world by gross leasable area, tying with West Edmonton Mall and Fashion Island (Bangkok)—both of which are older than it. It has a total retail floor area of 502,000 square metres (5,400,000 sq ft). Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, it is part of the 20-billion- dollar Downtown complex (called Downtown Dubai) adjacent to the iconic Burj Khalifa and includes over 1,200 shops. It attracts over 54 million visitors each year.
Dubai's Burj Khalifa, the tallest of all the buildings in the world, stands tall and proud amongst the other skyscrapers of the city. One of the major landmarks of the city, the interiors of the Burj is as majestic as the steely exterior. During the tour, you are shown a multimedia presentation about the history of Dubai as well as the story of the construction of the building. Once you have gathered information about this tall structure, you are taken to the 124th observatory deck (At the Top) on the fastest elevator. Then at night, the most wonderful symphonic Dubai Fountain, it is a choreographed fountain system located on the 12 hectare (30 acre) manmade Burj Khalifa Lake, at the center of the Downtown Dubai development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Sights, sound, sail! Set sail on a traditional Abra for an ultimate ride on the Burj Lake, home to the world’s largest performing fountain. The Dubai Fountain Lake Ride gives you front row seats to the best show in town. It was designed by WET Design, a California- based company also responsible for the fountains at the Bellagio Hotel Lake in Las Vegas. Illuminated by 6,600 lights and 50 colored projectors, it is 275 m (902 ft) long and shoots water up to 500 ft (152.4 m) into the air accompanied by a range of classical to contemporary Arabic and world music.

Day 05 - Dubai Frame and Love Boats in Marina
At 12:00pm, head to the Dubai Frame, the new addition to the marvelous architecture the city boasts of. Consisting of two vertical towers of 150 meters height connected by a 100-square-meter bridge, the Dubai Frame is a highlight of the Dubai skyline. A tour of the Dubai Frame is perfect if you do not have much time for sightseeing but also want to see entire city at one glance. The Dubai Frame has a museum and gallery where you can see the growth of Dubai from a simple fishing village to the ultra-modern city it is
today with the use of photos and advanced technology. After visiting the museum, you will take the elevator to the bridge to get a fascinating glimpse of the city. On one side, we have the charming old Dubai and on the other side, the modern new Dubai prevails. You can also view the beautiful city while sipping delicious cup of coffee at the cafe on the bridge. In the evening, head to the Dubai Marina to experience a thrilling view of the Dubai Skyline with the most memorable sightseeing speedboat tour in Dubai! Day 06 - Sky View Glass Slide, View at the Palm and Marina Dhow Cruise with Dinner
At 12:00 pm, head to the Address Sky View Downtown. Take a white-knuckle trip to the edge of all-out excitement. Ride the Glass Slide – a transparent tube that wraps around the tower’s exterior linking level 53 with level 52 below – for a uniquely adrenaline-pumping experience. Especially manufactured in Germany, the Sky Slide is fabricated from 12m-long sheets of quadruple-laminated glass. Supported at the top and bottom only, your ride from floor-to-floor is completely uninterrupted and provides amazing
views of the city below – if you dare open your eyes! After this at 02:00 pm, enjoy incomparable views of one of Dubai’s most
talked-about landmarks at The View at The Palm. Located 240m high, the observation deck presents never seen before 360-degree
panoramas of Palm Jumeirah alongside the sparkling waters of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline in the distance. The View at The Palm is located on level 52 of The Palm Tower, which also houses a café, a creative exhibition that showcases the development of the island, interactive aquarium-themed tunnels and a gift shop. In 2022, the venue further elevated expectations for sky-high experiences with the opening of The Next Level. Day 07 - Check out and departure transfer to airport
Check out from the hotel and your private transport will drive you to the airport for departure.
1) Booking Your Holiday
- Your contract in respect of your holiday is made with CANAM Tour Operator (‘the Company‘), registered in Toronto, Canada and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
- All communications by the Company in relation to your holiday will be sent to the address stated on the booking form.
- All bookings must be made through an authorised representative of the Company. At the time of booking the Company booking form must be completed and submitted together with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
- Receipt of the deposit and booking form by the Company does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking. No booking shall be confirmed until the Company issues a written notice. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall in that event return any deposit received.
- Your holiday must be paid in full at least 30 days before the departure date. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. The person who signs the booking form guarantees payment of the total amount shown on the booking form in accordance with these conditions. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure the Company receives payment in full by the due date. No reminders will be sent.
- If you book within 30 days of your departure date payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
- All special requests, such as dietary requirements, should be noted on the booking form.
- The Company will provide the service as set out and confirmed in writing.
2) Price Policy
- The Company is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a holiday.
- The Company reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.
- After a Confirmation Invoice has been issued, unless you choose to pay for your holiday in full at the time of booking, the price of your holiday is subject to the possibilities of surcharges in certain limited circumstances. However, a surcharge will only be levied to allow for variations in transportation cost, including cost of fuel, increase in normal published airfares, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes at airports, the exchange rate applied to the particular package or if the government or regulatory body introduce an increase of taxes. Even then, the Company will absorb an amount equal to 2%of your holiday price(excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges) before passing on any surcharge to you. Only amounts in excess of this 2% will be surcharged. Surcharges will be notified by a revised Confirmation Invoice sent to you.
- If a surcharge would increase the total holiday price shown on your original Confirmation Invoice by 10% or more, you may cancel your booking within 14 days of the date of issue of the revised Invoice and obtain a full refund of all payments made to the Company and any amendment charges previously incurred.
- Optionally, you may choose to pay for your holiday in full at the time of booking, in which case your holiday price will be fixed at the cost quoted by the Company at the time. To qualify for this benefit you should return the Confirmation Invoice to the Company with full payment to reach the Company within 7 days of the date printed on the Confirmation Invoice.
- The financial commitments offered above by the Company mean that the Company is not able to reduce the holiday prices should the value of the exchange rate of Canadian Dollar changes.
3) Cancellation and Changes by the Company
- Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity. If a major change to your tour is necessary, providing it does not arise from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, you may choose
- to accept the change of arrangements
- to purchase another holiday from us or
- to cancel your holiday. Compensation may be payable in cases of major change as detailed below.
- No compensation will be payable for minor changes. Minor changes include minimal changes to departure and arrival times, changes to the type of aircraft used and restaurant and accommodation changes to a comparable or superior standard.
- Major changes include cancellation, changes to your airport, delays in departure or return by more than 12 hours and accommodation changes to an inferior standard of accommodation.
- Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control. It is essential that you take out adequate travel insurance.
- The Company reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time before the date of departure, even after a confirmation notice has been sent. If your holiday is cancelled the Company will refund in full the money you have already paid. No compensation will be payable.
- Transportation is subject to the conditions of carriage of the carrier, some of which may limit or exclude liability. These conditions are often the subject of international agreement between countries and copies of the conditions, which apply to your holiday journey, will normally be found on the carrier’s tickets.
- If you fail to pay the balance of the holiday price at least 30 days before departure, the Company will treat the booking as cancelled and levy the cancellation charges set out below
- The company also has the right to refuse any person as a member of the tour, if in their opinion that person could endanger the health, safety and enjoyment of others on the tour. In any of the events mentioned above, the company’s sole liability and the client’s sole remedy will be limited to a refund of any monies paid, less the amount for services already utilised plus administrative fees.
4) Cancellation and Changes by You
- You may cancel your holiday at any time providing you notify the Company in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:
- 30 days or more 50% of Deposit
- 15 – 30 days 100% of Deposit
- 8 – 15 days 80% of Tour Cost
- 1 – 7 days 100% of Tour Cost
- After the itinerary is confirmed, the client is permitted free of administration charges one set of amendments, though will be liable for any added cost this may add to the tour, including airline charges, hotels etc. Any further modifications, which are instigated by the client, will incur a charge which will be due to communication and administration expenses that may have incurred.
5) Our Responsibilities
- The Company does not own or manage the aircraft, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities used in conjunction with the tours arranged. While the Company has exercised care in selecting providers of travel, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities, the Company have not had the opportunity to inspect and do not represent that such aircraft, accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities and services have been inspected.
- The Company is not responsible if you or any member of your party suffer death, illness or injury as a result of any failure to perform or improper performance of any part of our contract with you where such failure is attributable to
- the acts and/or omissions of any member of the party, or
- those of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday, or
- an event which neither the Company or the service provider could have foreseen or prevented even with due care.
- Should any member of your party suffer illness, injury or death through misadventure arising out of an activity, which does not form part of the holiday the Company has arranged for you the Company cannot accept liability. The Company will offer general assistance where appropriate.
- The Company regret that no refund will be made on unused tickets where travel, sporting event or other types of ticket, unless a refund can be obtained from the carrier or provider.
6) Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, though an appropriate policy can be incorporated into your tour package. Details of all insurance policies held by each member of your party must be provided on the booking form. No booking forms can be accepted without sufficient proof that personal policies have been arranged. Please ensure that your insurance cover applies to the specific activities you are booking and which are confirmed on the Confirmation Invoice.
- Each member of the party must have a valid passport, visas and all necessary documentation for the countries they are touring. The Company accept no responsibility for any delay or expense should your documents not be in order.
- You are responsible for checking-in for flights at the correct time and for presenting yourself to take up all pre-booked components of your holiday. The Company cannot accept responsibility for clients missing flights as a result of late check-ins and no credit or refunds will be given if you fail to take up any component of your holiday. No credit of refunds will be given for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel documents.
- By booking a holiday with the Company you undertake to behave in an orderly manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others on holiday with you nor to do anything to bring the reputation of the Company into disrepute. If you breach this clause your holiday will be terminated with immediate effect and the Company will have no further contractual obligation to you. The Company will be entitled to recover from the offending party and/or the person who signed the booking form compensation for any damage caused.
- It is the responsibility of the person who signs the Booking Form to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that members of their party may have.
- All equipment and personal effects shall be all times and in all circumstances at the owner’s risk. The Company cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage or delay to your luggage or effects unless directly caused by the negligence of one of our representatives.
7) Smoking
The Company forbids smoking in any vehicle operated by the Company. Frequent stops can be arranged for those who desire to smoke. All accommodation will be reserved with non-smoking rooms, unless the client specifically requires a smoking room. Confirmation is depending on hotel availability.
8) Waiver
The Company will undertake to ensure the safety of the client throughout the tour, however aspects of each particular tour may not be without an element of danger. Clients should be prepared to sign a ‘Waiver of Responsibility’ form before they begin their tour. This form is an understanding that all clients need to exercise judgement and care at all times to ensure their own safety and that of their fellow tourists.
9) Disclaimer
The Company has made all reasonable efforts to check the accuracy of the information contained in our website. The Company cannot however accept any responsibility for any errors or omissions that may appear in this site.
10) Complaints
- If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant airline, hotel, local agent of other suppliers immediately so that they can endeavour to put things right. If you cannot resolve the problems, you must contact the Company office so that they are given an opportunity to help. The Company will not hold themselves responsible for the non-performance of an itinerary through causes beyond their control or when they are not notified of a problem at the point where remedial action can be taken. In the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, your should write to the Company within 28 days of returning home, giving your original booking reference number and all other relevant information. If you fail to take any of these steps you will hinder the Company’s ability to put any problem right and/or investigate it fully and any right you have to receive compensation will be reduced or completely invalidated.
- Any dispute that may arise will be governed by Canadian law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Canadian Courts.
- All information given by the Company whether in writing or orally is to the best of the Company’s knowledge and believed correct at the time given and is given in good faith. The booking conditions shall take precedence over any other warranty or condition that may have been given.
11) Data Protection Act
It may be necessary for the Company to ask you for certain personal information. Examples of this would be dietary requirements, disability/medical or religious information etc. This information will be kept confidential by the Company and is available to you to inspect during the Company’s normal working hours. It will be passed to the suppliers, if it is necessary for them to know this information in order to fulfill the Company’s contract to you.
