1
Day 01 - Arrive in Delhi (Flight TBA)
On arrival at Delhi International airport, you will be welcomed by our executive and assisted for transfer to your hotel.
Overnight stay will be at hotel in Delhi.
Breakfast will be at the hotel. Enjoy a full day city tour of Old and New Delhi. Start the day to explore the capital of Muslim India between the 12th and 20th centuries, the Old Delhi. We shall stop at the Red Fort for a photo shoot and then take a Rickshaw Ride through the narrow streets of the Old Delhi up to the nearby Jama Masjid Mosque, the largest in India, has a courtyard that can hold 25,000 worshippers. Then pay a poignant visit to Rajghat, the site of Mahatma Gandhi’s cremation and a memorial to this humble man who so changed the world. In the afternoon we explore India’s bustling capital city the New Delhi visiting the Vijay Chowk, “Victory Square”, stopover at the Presidential Palace with its intriguing combination of classical and Indian design elements and the India Gate memorializing Indian soldiers who died in World War I. Finally visit the Qutab Minar, the tallest brick minaret in the world. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Delhi.

Day 03 - Delhi – Agra (By Road 220 kms / 4-5 hrs)
Today after breakfast we start with our drive to Agra. On reaching Agra check-in to the hotel. Freshen-up and proceed for the sightseeing tour. We start with the visit to Agra Fort an outstanding example of Mughal architecture and the seat and stronghold of the Mughal Empire under many successive generations. Originally planned as an impregnable military structure by Akbar, the Agra Fort, over a period of time, acquired all the elegance, lavishness of an imperial palace. Next we will be visit the world renowned Taj Mahal at SUNSET, referred to as one of the wonders of the world. It is the epitome of tourism in India and is celebrated for its architectural magnificence and aesthetic beauty. A symphony in white marble, a tribute to eternal love, it was built by the Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. The main structure is set amidst landscape gardens. While on three sides it is surrounded by high walls, the rear is bound by the river Yamuna. Dinner & Overnight stay will be at hotel in Agra.

Day 04 - Agra – Jaipur (By Road 240 kms / 4-5 hrs)
Breakfast will be at the hotel. Check out and proceed with your drive to Jaipur. En-route we first stop at the old deserted town of Fatehpur Sikri. The city was founded in the year 1569 by the Mughal Emperor Akbar the Great, and served as the capital of the Mughal Empire from 1571 to 1585, when it was abandoned due to lack of water. Continue with the drive and our next stop will be Abhaneri which is known for its 'Baori' or Step Wells which was invented by the natives to harvest rain water.
The Baori was used as a cool place of retreat and as a water source/reservoir during parched times of the year. Chand Baori remains one of India's deepest and largest step wells. The Baori consists of three flight of stairs descending into the earth with a subterranean palace on one side. The flight of stairs and the palace are all arranged in a square pattern with the well lying at the very bottom. The palace at the bottom of the Baori was a place for the royals to stay during hot summer days. There is a large courtyard all around the Baori from where great views of the Baori can be had. On reaching Jaipur check-in your hotel. Jaipur also called the Pink City, is a city of many colors and contrasts. It is definitely a feast for the eyes because life in the walled city has the flavor and ambience of old times. Despite having grown into a bustling metropolis, the ancient heart of this planned city still beats in its gali-mohallas.

Start your city tour with a photo stop at Palace of Winds popularly known as Hawa Mahal, a five storeyed wonder with a spectacular pyramidal facade and overhanging windows with latticed screens, domes and spires. Then continue to the splendid Amber Fort, an architectural masterpiece of great historical significance. Begun in the 16th century and built of red sandstone and marble, the seemingly rough exterior gives no hint of the warm and opulent ambiance of the interior, as you’ll discover this morning. Here you also get an opportunity to climb up to the fort on Decorated Elephant back. In the afternoon we visit the splendid City Palace & Museum which opens a door into the opulent world of the Rajput princes and the treasures with which they surrounded themselves. The City Palace complex is home to several palatial buildings constructed by influential rulers that reflect the blending of Rajasthani and Mughal architectural styles. Next visit The Observatory popularly known as Jantar Mantar built by Maharaja Jai Singh II, the world’s biggest stone observatory, between 1727 and 1733 AD. You’ll be amazed by the “tools” he used to study the heavens – and that still provide accurate information today – during a tour.
Dinner will be at a nice city restaurant.
Overnight stay will be at hotel in Jaipur.

Day 06 - Jaipur – Jaisalmer (By Flight)
Breakfast will be at the hotel. In time you will be provided transfer to the airport to connect your flight for Jaisalmer. At Jaisalmer airport you will be assisted for transfer to hotel. After freshen-up proceed to visit: Gadisar Lake was constructed by the first rule of the land, Raja Rawal Jaisal and later reconstructed by Maharawal Garsi in the year 1367 AD. The people of the desert city depended on this tank for their water needs. You will find Temples, Holy Shrines and Chattris around the banks of the lake. The artistically carved entrance made of yellow stone offers breathtaking view. Next to Bada Bagh, means ‘Huge Garden’. The garden served as a memorial where the nobles and their families were cremated. It offers a stunning view, though the place is isolated. But if visited during sunrise or sunset, you are guaranteed of beautiful moments, which you cannot avoid clicking. Dinner & Overnight stay will be at hotel in Jaisalmer.
Breakfast will be at the hotel. Proceed for your sightseeing tour visiting Jaisalmer Fort (80 meters above plains) & Jain Temples within the Fort built in 12th to 15th century which are very worth watching. The specialty of the Fort is that still approximately 5000 people are living inside. Visit Fort Palace & atop from Palace you can have the golden view of whole Jaisalmer city as whole city is built in yellow sand stones, when sun rays fall on the city, it give impression as golden city of India. You also visit the Patwon Ki
Haveli, Salim Ji Ki Haveli and Nath Ji Mal Ki Haveli. Later in the afternoon, we drive to Sam Sand dunes (30 kms). There you enjoy a Camel Ride inside the desert and watch sensational Sunset up from the dunes. Then you will be transferred to a desert resort for a Cultural Rajasthani Dance Show followed by Dinner. After dinner we shall drive back to the city and you will be dropped at the hotel.
Overnight stay will be at hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 08 - Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (By Road 330 kms / 5-6 hrs)
Morning after breakfast, you start the drive for Jodhpur. On reaching Jodhpur check-in to the hotel, with the balance of the day free at leisure and to relax at the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay will be at hotel in Jodhpur.
After breakfast we shall proceed to visit The Mehrangarh Fort - the most magnificent fort situated on a 150m high hill. Rao Jodha, the then chief of Rathore clan, constructed it in 1459. There are a number of attractions within the fort like several palaces, galleries, a museum, and temples and so on. Jaswant Thada- Jaswant Thada lies to the left of the Mehrangarh fort complex. It is a royal cenotaph made up of white marble. It was built to commemorate Maharaja Jaswant Singh. Some rare portraits of the former rulers of
Jodhpur are also displayed here. In the afternoon enjoy a Heritage Walk of Blue City. This walks aim to raise the awareness of the people of Jodhpur and visitors, about the city’s architecture and heritage monuments. It highlights the vast range of architectural styles, planning elements, tracing the social and cultural history of the city. The walk will cover most of the prominent points of the old city with Brahmpuri being the highlight. Brahmpuri (Blue City): Area of Brahmin’s who have their houses painted Indigo. Opting this walking tour of Brahmpuri, take a meticulous experience of this beguiling city. Get to know the interesting & retold legends from the past, peep into the life of the city meet and intermingle with the locals while walking through the alleys flanked by the Blue houses both the ends. Get known to “Hathai”; a special assembly of locals for gossiping. Witness some very old family owned temples with some very interesting related legends. Enjoy the pleasure of witnessing the delightful taste of the sweets & local Chai. This tour of Brahmpuri offers a complete insight of the historic city. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 10 - Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur (By Road 290 kms / 5-6 hrs)
Today morning, we start our drive towards Udaipur en-route visiting the famous Jain Temples at Ranakpur. Udaipur is a beautiful city, set amidst the Aravalli Ranges of Rajasthan. It is known for its picturesque lakes, and also referred to as 'The City of Lakes'. The elevated hills and the beautiful lakes make a picture-perfect backdrop to the Udaipur city. On reaching Udaipur check in to your hotel, with the day at leisure to relax. Dinner & Overnight stay will be at hotel in Udaipur.
Proceed for the full day guided tour of at Udaipur. We begin with the visit to Saheliyon Ki Bari, the “Garden of Maids”. Then to The City Palace Complex, overlooking Lake Pichola, reveals the splendor with which maharajas and their families surrounded themselves. The City Palace Museum exhibits a remarkable collection of ancient curios, antiques, and sculptures, as well as priceless possessions of ages gone by. Miniature paintings on display depict many aspects of the royal lifestyle enjoyed by privileged few who lived here. Up next is a visit to the magnificent Jagdish Mandir, the largest temple in Udaipur, adorned with bas-reliefs
of elephants, alligators, horsemen and musicians, and enshrining a black stone image of the supreme Hindu god Vishnu.
Followed by a Boat Ride on picturesque Lake Pichola which reveals some of the spectacular palaces of the Rajput princes, for which Udaipur is famous, on islands and along its shore. Dinner will be at a nice Lake-side Restaurant.
Overnight stay will be at hotel in Udaipur.

Day 12 - Udaipur – Mumbai (By Flight)
Breakfast will be at the hotel. In time transfer will be provided to the airport to connect flight for Mumbai.
At Mumbai airport you will be assisted for transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon enjoy a tour of Heritage Mile Walk - this walk takes you into the heart of the old ‘Fort’.
Explore the ‘White Town’ or the European half of the old town that existed within the Fort walls. Begin the
walk at F.W. Steven’s gothic masterpiece, the grand Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus also known as the Victoria
Terminus. Then walk down D.N.Road, also called the Heritage Mile of Mumbai, while admiring one of the
oldest parts of the city(almost as old as the city itself) which even today is reminiscence of it colonial past
and make your way to the ornate Flora Fountain. Here take a minute to soak in the atmosphere of one of
the busiest precincts’ of Mumbai. Next just a hop, skip and jump away lies the historic art district of Kala
Ghoda with its many Gothic buildings and numerous art galleries creating a charm that is unmatched in
Mumbai. Move onto the Oval Maidan where in a great phalanx lie the Old Secretariat, University Library
and Convocation Hall, High Court building , the old PWD building and Telegraph Department. Finally take
Veer Nariman Road (the former Churchgate Street) down to Marine Drive to enjoy a fantastic view of the
Art Deco Skyline that has become an identity of Mumbai the world over.
Breakfast will be at the hotel.
Proceed for an excursion to Elephant Island by cruise from Gateway of India which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marvel at the rock-cut cave temples with sculptured interiors dating back to the 6th century. A highlight is the Mahesamurti, a triple-headed Shiva statue. By afternoon return back to the city. In the afternoon our visits will to the Prince of Wales Museum with its excellent collection of ancient
Indus Valley artifacts dating back to 2000 BC, in addition to priceless Tibetan and Nepali Art followed by
Mani Bhawan, the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi that includes a reference library with over 2,000
books, a photo exhibition of Gandhi's life and an old charkha or spinning wheel that Gandhi used.
Afterward, view the colossal Dhobi Ghat, Mumbai's outdoor hand laundry and enjoy the drive on the
Marine Drive.
Dinner & Overnight stay will be at hotel in Mumbai.

Day 14 - Depart from Mumbai
Breakfast at the hotel and check out at 1200 hrs.
You shall be given the departure transfer to the airport 03 hours prior to your departure fight time or as advised to report by your airlines.
1) Booking Your Holiday
- Your contract in respect of your holiday is made with CANAM Tour Operator (‘the Company‘), registered in Toronto, Canada and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
- All communications by the Company in relation to your holiday will be sent to the address stated on the booking form.
- All bookings must be made through an authorised representative of the Company. At the time of booking the Company booking form must be completed and submitted together with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
- Receipt of the deposit and booking form by the Company does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking. No booking shall be confirmed until the Company issues a written notice. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall in that event return any deposit received.
- Your holiday must be paid in full at least 30 days before the departure date. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. The person who signs the booking form guarantees payment of the total amount shown on the booking form in accordance with these conditions. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure the Company receives payment in full by the due date. No reminders will be sent.
- If you book within 30 days of your departure date payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
- All special requests, such as dietary requirements, should be noted on the booking form.
- The Company will provide the service as set out and confirmed in writing.
2) Price Policy
- The Company is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a holiday.
- The Company reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.
- After a Confirmation Invoice has been issued, unless you choose to pay for your holiday in full at the time of booking, the price of your holiday is subject to the possibilities of surcharges in certain limited circumstances. However, a surcharge will only be levied to allow for variations in transportation cost, including cost of fuel, increase in normal published airfares, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes at airports, the exchange rate applied to the particular package or if the government or regulatory body introduce an increase of taxes. Even then, the Company will absorb an amount equal to 2%of your holiday price(excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges) before passing on any surcharge to you. Only amounts in excess of this 2% will be surcharged. Surcharges will be notified by a revised Confirmation Invoice sent to you.
- If a surcharge would increase the total holiday price shown on your original Confirmation Invoice by 10% or more, you may cancel your booking within 14 days of the date of issue of the revised Invoice and obtain a full refund of all payments made to the Company and any amendment charges previously incurred.
- Optionally, you may choose to pay for your holiday in full at the time of booking, in which case your holiday price will be fixed at the cost quoted by the Company at the time. To qualify for this benefit you should return the Confirmation Invoice to the Company with full payment to reach the Company within 7 days of the date printed on the Confirmation Invoice.
- The financial commitments offered above by the Company mean that the Company is not able to reduce the holiday prices should the value of the exchange rate of Canadian Dollar changes.
3) Cancellation and Changes by the Company
- Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity. If a major change to your tour is necessary, providing it does not arise from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, you may choose
- to accept the change of arrangements
- to purchase another holiday from us or
- to cancel your holiday. Compensation may be payable in cases of major change as detailed below.
- No compensation will be payable for minor changes. Minor changes include minimal changes to departure and arrival times, changes to the type of aircraft used and restaurant and accommodation changes to a comparable or superior standard.
- Major changes include cancellation, changes to your airport, delays in departure or return by more than 12 hours and accommodation changes to an inferior standard of accommodation.
- Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control. It is essential that you take out adequate travel insurance.
- The Company reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time before the date of departure, even after a confirmation notice has been sent. If your holiday is cancelled the Company will refund in full the money you have already paid. No compensation will be payable.
- Transportation is subject to the conditions of carriage of the carrier, some of which may limit or exclude liability. These conditions are often the subject of international agreement between countries and copies of the conditions, which apply to your holiday journey, will normally be found on the carrier’s tickets.
- If you fail to pay the balance of the holiday price at least 30 days before departure, the Company will treat the booking as cancelled and levy the cancellation charges set out below
- The company also has the right to refuse any person as a member of the tour, if in their opinion that person could endanger the health, safety and enjoyment of others on the tour. In any of the events mentioned above, the company’s sole liability and the client’s sole remedy will be limited to a refund of any monies paid, less the amount for services already utilised plus administrative fees.
4) Cancellation and Changes by You
- You may cancel your holiday at any time providing you notify the Company in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:
- 30 days or more 50% of Deposit
- 15 – 30 days 100% of Deposit
- 8 – 15 days 80% of Tour Cost
- 1 – 7 days 100% of Tour Cost
- After the itinerary is confirmed, the client is permitted free of administration charges one set of amendments, though will be liable for any added cost this may add to the tour, including airline charges, hotels etc. Any further modifications, which are instigated by the client, will incur a charge which will be due to communication and administration expenses that may have incurred.
5) Our Responsibilities
- The Company does not own or manage the aircraft, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities used in conjunction with the tours arranged. While the Company has exercised care in selecting providers of travel, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities, the Company have not had the opportunity to inspect and do not represent that such aircraft, accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities and services have been inspected.
- The Company is not responsible if you or any member of your party suffer death, illness or injury as a result of any failure to perform or improper performance of any part of our contract with you where such failure is attributable to
- the acts and/or omissions of any member of the party, or
- those of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday, or
- an event which neither the Company or the service provider could have foreseen or prevented even with due care.
- Should any member of your party suffer illness, injury or death through misadventure arising out of an activity, which does not form part of the holiday the Company has arranged for you the Company cannot accept liability. The Company will offer general assistance where appropriate.
- The Company regret that no refund will be made on unused tickets where travel, sporting event or other types of ticket, unless a refund can be obtained from the carrier or provider.
6) Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, though an appropriate policy can be incorporated into your tour package. Details of all insurance policies held by each member of your party must be provided on the booking form. No booking forms can be accepted without sufficient proof that personal policies have been arranged. Please ensure that your insurance cover applies to the specific activities you are booking and which are confirmed on the Confirmation Invoice.
- Each member of the party must have a valid passport, visas and all necessary documentation for the countries they are touring. The Company accept no responsibility for any delay or expense should your documents not be in order.
- You are responsible for checking-in for flights at the correct time and for presenting yourself to take up all pre-booked components of your holiday. The Company cannot accept responsibility for clients missing flights as a result of late check-ins and no credit or refunds will be given if you fail to take up any component of your holiday. No credit of refunds will be given for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel documents.
- By booking a holiday with the Company you undertake to behave in an orderly manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others on holiday with you nor to do anything to bring the reputation of the Company into disrepute. If you breach this clause your holiday will be terminated with immediate effect and the Company will have no further contractual obligation to you. The Company will be entitled to recover from the offending party and/or the person who signed the booking form compensation for any damage caused.
- It is the responsibility of the person who signs the Booking Form to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that members of their party may have.
- All equipment and personal effects shall be all times and in all circumstances at the owner’s risk. The Company cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage or delay to your luggage or effects unless directly caused by the negligence of one of our representatives.
7) Smoking
The Company forbids smoking in any vehicle operated by the Company. Frequent stops can be arranged for those who desire to smoke. All accommodation will be reserved with non-smoking rooms, unless the client specifically requires a smoking room. Confirmation is depending on hotel availability.
8) Waiver
The Company will undertake to ensure the safety of the client throughout the tour, however aspects of each particular tour may not be without an element of danger. Clients should be prepared to sign a ‘Waiver of Responsibility’ form before they begin their tour. This form is an understanding that all clients need to exercise judgement and care at all times to ensure their own safety and that of their fellow tourists.
9) Disclaimer
The Company has made all reasonable efforts to check the accuracy of the information contained in our website. The Company cannot however accept any responsibility for any errors or omissions that may appear in this site.
10) Complaints
- If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant airline, hotel, local agent of other suppliers immediately so that they can endeavour to put things right. If you cannot resolve the problems, you must contact the Company office so that they are given an opportunity to help. The Company will not hold themselves responsible for the non-performance of an itinerary through causes beyond their control or when they are not notified of a problem at the point where remedial action can be taken. In the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, your should write to the Company within 28 days of returning home, giving your original booking reference number and all other relevant information. If you fail to take any of these steps you will hinder the Company’s ability to put any problem right and/or investigate it fully and any right you have to receive compensation will be reduced or completely invalidated.
- Any dispute that may arise will be governed by Canadian law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Canadian Courts.
- All information given by the Company whether in writing or orally is to the best of the Company’s knowledge and believed correct at the time given and is given in good faith. The booking conditions shall take precedence over any other warranty or condition that may have been given.
11) Data Protection Act
It may be necessary for the Company to ask you for certain personal information. Examples of this would be dietary requirements, disability/medical or religious information etc. This information will be kept confidential by the Company and is available to you to inspect during the Company’s normal working hours. It will be passed to the suppliers, if it is necessary for them to know this information in order to fulfill the Company’s contract to you.
